BOUILLABAISSE (ONIONS & GARLIC FREE)

Portion: 2-3
Preparing time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
vegan fish (You can find it at Puro shop)
carrot
tomato or tomato can
olive oil
celery
thyme
Bay leaf
fennel
saffron crocus
orange zest
dill
salt
black pepper
(optional: other veggies you like, oyster mushroom or other mushrooms to enhance the flavour)

Instructions:
1. Cut the veggies into chunks and put them into boiling water till soft.

2. Use blender to blend the chunks still smooth.

3. Transfer the smoothy into pan again, and put seasonings and vegan fish to cook till it is boiling.

4. Serve with fresh herbs and probably a piece of crispy bread.
