My colleagues and I we used to follow the common life path similar to others, going to school, finding a job and a relationship etc. However, we were not satisfied with it, thinking that being born is not just for survival and that life must carry some deep meanings and missions.  

Few years ago, we met some precious friends who shared with us that pure diet is the starting point of living a meaningful life and upgrading our body, mind and soul. We were touched by it and changed our diet. Since then, what we have learned and done in the past few years has significantly changed our life.
