Daikon Miso pure diet

Ingredients:
15 slices Daikon – White Radish
5 g Shredded Ginger
8cm * 8cm Sized Kelp
600 ml Water
Starch water:
1tsp cornstarch + 1tsp water
Seasonings
2 Tsp White Miso
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Sugar
*** Soak kelp overnight or soak in warm water for 30 min
Tip: Use top two thirds of white radish for a sweeter taste
1. Cut the daikon into slices about 2 cm
2. Make a small cross in the top of the slices
3. Boil in water with salt for 5 minutes and put aside
4. In a pan, add some oil and fry the daikon medium heat until golden brown
5. Add the kelp soup water to the daikon
6. When the water is boiling remove the kelp, add salt and simmer 30 min, low temperature
7. Add miso paste and dissolve in the water
8. Cook daikon 1 min each side
9. Add starch water to thicken the soup
10. Cut the ginger and fry until golden brown. Add in the top of the daikon
