Pure Vegan Tomato pepper pasta

Ingredients:
Penne pasta: 320g
Sun dry tomato: 50g
Olives: 40g
Pine nuts: 25g
Caper: 20g
Tomato paste: 30g
Fresh tomato: 2 medium (optional)
Parsley: 10g
1 red pepper
1 tsp Nutrition yeast for the sauce
3-4 tbsp Nutrition yeast pasta
1. Soak sun dry tomato in hot water for 15 minutes, meanwhile cut pepper, olive, petrel and tomatoes into pieces.
2. Heat a pan, add olive oil, add pepper, tomatoes and sun dry tomatoes, stir fry at medium low heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile boil the water for cooking pasta.
3. Then add tomato paste, caper, olive, parsley, stir fry at low heat for 2-3. At the same time, cook pasta. Save 2-3 spoons of pasta water.
4. Add the pine nuts when the tomato paste is almost cooked.
5. When pasta is cooked, add into the pepper and tomato sauce, add some olive oil, vegan cheese, nutrition yeast, some pasta water, mix well and serve warm.
