Lishan Milky Oolong, hand-crafted by Tea Master Lu Li‑Chen from Jin Xuan cultivar, grown at 1800–2000 m altitude under eco-farmed practices in Taiwan. This lightly roasted oolong is celebrated for its naturally creamy, milky texture—not from added flavors, but from thoughtful processing and pristine terroir.

Brewed, it releases a comforting aroma reminiscent of barley and cane sugar, followed by a mellow, cool mountain mouthfeel and a smooth, floral finish. Each sip reveals balanced layers of flavor and delightful aftertaste.

Brewing Guidelines

  • Gongfu Cha: 5 g per 100 ml, 100 °C water, steep for 50–60 seconds (extend 20 s from the 4th infusion)

  • Western Style: 1:50 tea-to-water ratio, 100 °C water, steep for 6 minutes
