Ruby Black Tea (TTES 18) is one of Taiwan’s most distinguished black teas, developed by the Taiwan Tea Research & Extension Station.

Each batch is carefully hand-crafted by Master Lu, revealing the essence of Taiwan’s black-tea artistry — smooth, elegant, and deeply fragrant.

Tasting Notes

A rich, amber-red liquor with a refined aroma of cinnamon, wintergreen, and honey.

The taste is sweet, mellow, and lingering, with subtle notes of malt and spice that develop beautifully through multiple infusions.

Brewing Guidelines

• Tea amount: 4.5 – 5 g
• Water temperature: 100 °C
• Water volume: 120 ml
• Steeping time: 30 – 60 seconds (6 – 8 infusions)
(Use slightly cooler water for sweetness, hotter for deeper spice.)
