Grown at altitudes of 1000 meters in the misty mountains of Shanlinxi (Sun Link Sea) in central Taiwan, this Oolong represents the delicate balance

of nature and craftsmanship.

The cool climate and frequent fog of the region slow leaf growth, concentrating the natural sugars and aromas of the tea leaves. Hand-picked and lightly oxidized, this tea offers a smooth, creamy flavor profile that captures the freshness of the highlands.

Shanlinxi is renowned for producing some of Taiwan’s most elegant oolongs — teas that embody purity, balance, and depth.

Brewing Guidelines

• Tea amount: 4 g
• Water temperature: 100 °C
• Water volume: 100ml – 120 ml
• Steeping time: 60 seconds first, 50 seconds second, then you can adjust accordingly with your preference (6 – 8 infusions)
